基于ANSYS的30t桥式起重机主梁结构优化设计

摘    要:针对桥式起重机主梁的结构特点,采用结构分析软件ANSYS,建立了30t桥式起重机主梁的有限元力学模型,并对其结构进行了有限元分析。在有限元分析的基础上,建立了主梁结构优化的数学模型,在ANSYS中完成了其结构优化设计,得到了较满意的计算结果。主梁的分析和优化结果为桥式起重机主梁的结构设计提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:According to the structural characteristics of the girder of the bridge crane,a finite element mechanical model of the girder of 30t bridge crane is built with ANSYS,and the finite element analysis of the structure is carried out.On the basis of the finite element analysis,the optimized mathematical model of the girder is established,and the structural optimization design is completed in ANSYS with satisfactory results.The study offers beneficial references for the structural design of the girder of the bri...
