| 摘 要： | 由于通用示波器没有存储功能,因而在单脉冲信号的捕捉和测量中受到极大的限制.介绍一种利用SPCE061A型16位单片机给通用示波器嵌入存储功能的原理.实验证明此设计在一定频率范围内是可行的,而且成本较低,具有一定的实用价值.
