| 摘 要： | 提出了挥发性脂肪酸（ＶＦＡ）作为厌氧生物学指标的新概念，研究了ＶＦＡ与时间、温度、ｐＨ值及接种细菌的关系，确定了ＶＦＡ监测的标准条件．研究认为ＶＦＡ３（３天ＶＦＡ）／ＣＯＤ可表示厌氧可生化性，并用Ｆ检验的方法检验ＶＦＡ３／ＣＯＤ和ＢＯＤ５／ＣＯＤ的相关性，制定了ＶＦＡ３／ＣＯＤ表示厌氧可生化性的数值界限．讨论了在监测和实用中的问题，提出了研究方向

| Abstract: | New conception that the vesatile fatty acid (VFA) regarded as the anaerobic biological index is presented in this paper. The relationships between the VFA (Volatile Fatty Acid) and time,temperature,pH value and bacterium inoculating are discussed.The criterion condition of monitoring VFA are made certain and VFA 3(3 days VFA)/COD is used to express the ablity of anaerebic biological degardation.The correlatively between VFA 3/COD and BOD 5/COD with "F" appraisal way is appraised and the bound of numberical value has been laid down. At last,the question in testing process and in practical using process are discussed.The future investigative directions are suggested. |
