| 摘 要： | 根据莱钢热轧H型钢出现的翼缘和腹板开裂的质量问题，对有缺陷的型钢样品进行了金相、夹杂、扫描电镜等的实物分析，找出了导致缺陷产生的原因。在此基础上，从冶炼和轧制工序提出了预防和控制措施，避免了该类缺陷的重复发生。

| Abstract: | As for the issue of flange and web cracks of hot-rolled H section steel produced by Laigang,the defective steel samples were analyzed by metallography,inclusion and scanning electron microscopy(SEM) etc.so as to identify the causes.Furthermore,prevention and control measures were proposed from smelting and rolling processes in order to avoid the repetition of such defects. |
