| 摘 要： | 针对短波自适应通信系统的功能特点，在基于模糊理论和层次分析法（AHP）的基础上，构建了短波自适应通信系统综合效能评估指标体系，实现了对短波自适应通信系统效能的定量评估，分析结果验证了方法的可行性。
