高频大功率开关电源电磁兼容设计与实现

摘    要:介绍了高频大功率开关电源电磁兼容设计方法,分析了开关电源产生电磁干扰的原因和解决方法。通过研制2800W移相全桥软开关DC/DC变换器,验证了解决电磁干扰方法正确性。该电源已应用在某重点项目中。

Abstract:The design method of electromagnetic compatibility of high-frequency and high-power switch power is introduced, and the causing reasons and solutions of electromagnetic interference with switch power supply are analysed. The 2800 W phase-shifted full bridge soft switching DC/DC converter is developed, and the correctness of the electromagnetic interference solution is verified. This switch power has been applied in a key project.
