苯醚撑硅橡胶的燃烧特性

摘    要:通过无焰燃烧法和垂直燃烧法测定了苯醚撑硅橡胶的燃烧性能,并结合热失重对燃烧性能进行了分析,同时与几类典型硅橡胶进行了对比研究。结果表明,与甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、低苯基硅橡胶、中苯基硅橡胶相比,苯醚撑硅橡胶具有优异的阻燃性能,烟密度更低,其原因在于苯醚撑硅橡胶具有更高的热分解温度。

Abstract:The burning behavior of diphenyl ether phenylene silicone rubber were investigated by different ways of the non-flaming specimens and the vertical specimens, and the thermogravimetic a- nalysis(TGA). The results showed that this kind of specialty silicone rubber had the lowest smoke density and the best fire resistance comparing with other common silicone rubbers, such as methyl vi- nyl silicone rubber. This was suggested to be contributed to its high decomposition temperature.
