Effectiveness Evaluation of Long-range Phased-array Radar Detecting Ballistic Missile Based on SEA

The detecting effectiveness analysis to ballistic missile is the important content of effec- tiveness evaluation for long-range phased-array radar system. This paper introduces the system ef- fectiveness analysis （SEA） method, then establishes the analysis models to detect the effectiveness of ballistic missile by means of SEA method, calculates the effectiveness of long-range phased-array radar detecting ballistic missile through some examples, compares the effectiveness of long-range phased-array radar detecting ballistic missile in different operating modes, analyzes the sensitive factors to influence long-range phased-array radar detecting ballistic missile, forecasts the farther research.
