双环式力传感器在握把力测量中的应用

摘    要:用实验的方法测定定握把部位的人-枪相互作用力,对研究手持式开口的射击精度具有十分重要的意义。文中详细介绍了一种双环式握相力传感器的工作原理、握把力测量系统的组成及测量系统的静态标定方法,根据静标情况及传感器的安装状态,文中合理地修正了传感器垂直力及水平力的交互作用,依据频谱分析研究了信号滤波的截止频率。

Abstract:In the course of a hand held shoulder arm firing, a portion of recoil force will act on the shooter's hand through the firearm's grip. Meanwhile the reaction of the hand on the firearm will inevitably have some influence on the arm's movement. Obviously, for researches on accuracy of fire, it is of quite significance to measure experimentally this portion of interactive force (gripping force) between grip and hand. The principle of a kind of double ring force transducer and the construction of the measurement system are described in detail in the paper. The process of calibrating the system is also discussed in depth. By means of analyzing the measured data from experiment, a mathematical model for eliminating the interaction between horizontal and the vertical components of the transducer's outputs is established and the cut off frequency for low pass filtering the force signal is also determined.
