炼厂轻烃吸附脱硫工艺研究

摘    要:以降低炼厂轻烃的总硫含量为目标,使用四种吸附剂分别进行吸附脱硫实验,并考察吸附温度、体积空速(LHSV)、反应时间对脱硫效果的影响。实验结果表明TCN-2为四种吸附剂中脱硫效果较好的吸附剂,其最佳吸附条件为高温120℃,压力0.6MPa,体积空速1h-1~3h-1,反应时间16h。在此吸附条件下TCN-2脱硫率达到95%(质量分数)左右,脱硫后轻烃总硫含量降低至20μg/g~30μg/g。

Abstract:An excellent adsorbent TCN-2 for reducing total sulfur content in light hydrocarbon was chosen out from four prepared adsorbents by experimentally evaluating their performances of refinery light hydrocarbon desulfurization.The effects of absorption temperature,liquid hourly space velocity(LHSV) and reaction time on the desulfurization performances of the adsorbent were investigated.The optimum desulfurization operation parameters for TCN-2 were determined as follows:adsorption temperature of 120℃,adsorption pressure of 0.6MPa,LHSV range of 1h-1-3h-1 and reaction time of 16 hours.Under the optimized conditions,the removal rates of total sulfur were about 95% and the total sulfur contents in light hydrocarbon were reduced to 20 μg/g-30 μg/g.
