鞍山铁矿区地质环境恢复对策探讨

鞍山地区5大矿山的百年开采史在带来地区经济发展的同时，也造成了矿区生态环境的恶化。针对鞍山矿区环境治理中存在的问题，结合现有矿山环境法律，提出了设立露天采矿环境执法办公室，明确职能部门责任，对矿山开采全过程进行监督指导，引入矿山环境治理市场竞争机制，多方面筹集资金等对策。
