摘    要:利用羊绒、异形异性涤纶生产富梦幻特色的多组分赛络菲尔闪色复合纱.文章就产品的设计、原料选择、纺纱流程、关键技术进行了阐述,并着重对赛络菲尔复合纺纱的重点工艺,如长丝与短纤纱在前罗拉处的输出间距、细纱捻系数以及长丝张力3因素选取不同水平,进行正交试验,优化设计,确定了影响复合纱成纱质量的主、次要因素及最佳工艺配置,并对产品性能进行了测试,对实验结果进行了分析.

Abstract:In this paper, glittering sirofil complex yarn produced with cashmere, cationic-modified polyester fiber and triangle polyester fiber is dealt with. The product design, material selection, technological process, key measures of each process are discussed on the base of the fiber property. Especially by means of the orthogonal experiment on key technological parameters in sirofil spinning, for example, the space between filament and spun yarn, yarn twist as well as triangle polyester filament tension, the primary and secondary parameters affecting the quality of the complex yam are found out and analyzed in detail. The best technological parameters are optimized and the properties of the yam produced with them are tested. Due to the unique effect of colour and luster of this complex yam, it has great potential on perspective and economic benefits.
