板坯加热的三维数值模型开发与验证

摘    要:建立了板坯加热的三维数学模型,采用内节点法对板坯进行了网格划分,采用全隐式有限差分法对数学模型进行了离散,最后采用无条件稳定的Douglas ADI方法对离散方程进行求解。运用Visual Basic编程工具编制了仿真计算软件,实施了“黑匣子”测试并根据测试结果对软件计算模块进行了修正。修正后软件的计算结果与测试结果对比最大相对误差1.99%,验证了软件的准确可靠性。该软件的开发成功,为连续式加热炉的设计和优化生产提供了方便可靠的计算工具。

Abstract:A 3D numerical model of slab reheated in reheating furnace was developed,the physical model was meshed in cell centered scheme,the numerical model was discretized in fully implicit fmite-difference method, and the discrete equations were solved in Douglas ADI method which is unconditionally stable. Finally sottware of 3D slab-reheating numerical calculation modified with the "black box" test data was developed in Visual Basic. The comparison between test data and result of simulation of this software indicates that the maximum relative error is 1.99% and the software is dependable. This successful software offers a convenient calculation tool for the design and production optimization of continuous slab-reheating furnace.
