摘    要:塔里木油田在会战和发展阶段提出了项目管理模式.该模式诠释了我国现代油公司的共性理论:依靠行业主力,依托社会基础,实行专业化服务、社会化依托、市场化运行、合同化管理、矩阵化结构.形成以勘探开发为主体,以合同管理为中心,以单井项目管理为重点,以统一定额标价为基础,并以钻井日费为主要方式进行承发包的生产管理和运行机制.实践证...

Abstract:Tarim Oil Field had come up with a project management pattern along with the its expansioa This pattern had concluded what China's modern oil companies have in common-saying,dependent on trade leaders,supported by community,providing professional services as well as realizing market control,contractual management and matrix structure.Thus a production management and operation system came into shape which centered on exploitation, built around contractual management,single well monitoring,unified pricing system and a contract system on a daily -paid basis.It had been proved that this managing mode is labor efficient and lucrative.
