摘    要:对于油田后勤保障性生产部门而言,保证和不断提高相关产品的质量是保障前线生产顺利进行的基本要求.在质量管理工作中,不仅要制定和完善各项管理制度,还必须发动和组织生产管理相关人员全员参与,结合生产实际,解决和完善生产过程中的工艺、技术问题.

Abstract:The logistics departments in petroleum industry play a fundamental role in safeguarding the smooth running of oil production by improving the quality of supplies.During the practices of quality supervision,the logistics departments should put into place refined management institutions and mobilize all the managing staff to get involved Moreover,working members should also take the status quo into account while overcoming technical obstacles in production.
