| 摘 要： | 样品中黄曲霉毒素B_1经提取、浓缩,簿层分离后,在簿层扫描仪上进行扫描,依其含量及峰面积值与标样含量及峰面积值的线性关系,即可准确计算出样品中黄曲霉毒素B_1的含量.本文通过一系列的条件试验,找到了簿层扫描法测定黄曲霉毒素B_1的最佳测定条件;摸索了一些用薄层扫描法测定粮 油、食品、饲料中黄曲霉毒素B_1的方法

| Abstract: | Having been extracted, concentrated and separated with thin layer, the aspergillus flavus B1 of samples is scanned on the thin-layer scanner. Then, the content of AFB1 of the samples can be precisely calculated by the linear relation of the content as well as the peak area between AFB1 of the samples and the standard. The paper shows the optimal condition of the measurement of AFB1 with the method of thin-layer scanning based on a series of tests.It also explores the ways to apply this method to the measurement of AFB1 in food and feedstuff. |
