摘    要:通过实验研究了表面活性剂对水-天然气体系生成天然气水合物的影响情况。得出的结论是:表面活性剂能有效降低水气界面的界面张力,增快气体分子进入水气界面层的速率,极大地提高水合物生成速率;在一定的温度和压力下,当表面活性剂SDS的浓度为300ppm时,水气界面的界面张力最小,进入水气界面层的分子速率最大、数量最多;在水气界面层生成的水合物会向反应器壁移动,产生新的水气界面层,继续水合物的生成,当生成的水合物逐渐增多时,水合物将覆盖整个水气界面层,从而阻止水合物的生成。

Abstract:The influence of surfactant on gas hydrate formation in water gas system was studied in laboratory.It is conclude d that the surfactant can effectively reduce the interfacial tension of gas wat er contact,accelerate the rate of gas molecules' entering into gas water interf acial layer,and greatly raise the rate of gas hydrate formation;at a certain tem perature and pressure,when the concentration of surfactant-sodium dodecyl sulfa te (SDS) in water solution is 300 PPm,the interfacial tension of gas water cont act will be minimum,the rate of gas molecules' entering into gas water interfac tial layer maximum and the amount of gas molecules in gas water interfacial lay er the most;the hydrates formed in gas water interfacial layer will move toward the reactor wall,thus producing new gas water contact to continue in the gas h ydrate formation;and as the hydrates formed increase gradually,the whole gas wa ter contact will be covered by the hydrates,thus preventing the hydrates from be ing formed continuously.
