| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了小区短信业务及技术方案,分析了当前小区短信的使用情况,在此基础上,评估了小区短信对网络指标的影响,并重点对MSC无应答错误进行了研究,最后针对小区短信对网络指标的影响给出了相应的优化措施。
