3t小型电弧炉的维护与保养

为保证车间电弧炉处于良好的运行状态:建立了早班日寻检制度、班前检查班后交班制度、周保养及吹扫制度;利用生产的间歇时间每月、每季度、每年完成1～2项项修,解决制约生产的突出问题;每周对钢炉整体吹扫保养一次,防止电极夹持器大臂、导电管的绝缘体被击穿的问题;用优质塑料布将升降电机、测速电机整体包裹,把可能造成连电的部位上的水引走,解决升降电机、测速电机烧毁的问题;自制半水冷炉盖,并使用新型的不烧制耐火砖,延长炉盖寿命;通过采取以上措施确保了设备完好率,大大延长了电弧炉大修周期。

Maintenance and Repair of Three-ton Arc Furnace

For ensuring the arc furnace to run in good condition,the following procedures are adopted.The systems are established for daily inspection in morning shift,inspection before shift and handing over after shift,weekly maintenance and air lancing.One or two repairs are made to solve the key matters which drag production during production intervals in every month,every quarter and every year.The furnace is air lanced and maintained once a week to prevent the arm of electrode holder and insulator of conduit from breaking.The jacking motor and speed measuring motor are wrapped,the water causing short circuit is drained to solve the problems of motors burning out.The service life of furnace cover is prolonged by self made half water cooling cover and using new type non-fire firebrick.With adopting the abovementioned measures,the facility rate in good condition is ensured and the overhaul life of arc furnace is prolonged extremely.
