摘    要:阴极的零场发射电流反映阴极的发射本领,是设计阴极的首要指标。求定荧光显示基本单元直丝氧化物阴极零场发射电流的粗略近似方法是从其伏安特性测试数据和曲线找出饱和过渡区起点和终点电流取平均值,较严格的方法是肖特基直线外延法,使用此法时,需根据显示管的结构特殊性注意处理若干相关的问题。

Abstract:The zero-field emission current of a cathode is characteristic of the emissionpower of the cathode.It is a principal index in designing the cathode.One way to find the approximate value of the zero-field emission current of a straight tungsten filament oxide cathodeof the basic fluorescent strength at the starting point and that at the finishing point of obtainedconcerning the volt-ampere characteristics.A more precise method is the method of the Schottky straight line extension. When this is used,attention should be paid to the structural specificities of the display tube in dealing with some relevant problems.
