膏体充填工作面顶板及地表沉陷过程数值模拟

摘    要:为了掌握膏体充填工作面上覆岩层的移动规律及地表沉陷情况,对比与垮落法的不同,基于充填采矿对未来煤矿开采的重要性,文章以某矿村庄下膏体充填开采研究为背景,采用FLAC软件进行数值模拟.模拟分步开挖、分步充填、膏体强度逐步增强的开采、充填过程,与实际作业过程一致.得出了开采过程中工作面顶板与地表的动态下沉和沉陷控制效果曲线图,并与垮落法对比,总结出充填工作面顶板和地表的沉陷规律.研究结果表明:膏体充填工作面最大下沉系数仅为0.11,膏体充填能有效控制上覆岩层移动,显著降低地表沉陷;充填早期顶板下沉量占最终下沉量的大部分,缩短顶板暴露时间及膏体凝固时间、加强膏体凝固前的顶板支护、提高充填作业质量是控制地表下沉的关键.
