摘    要:为探索介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器转化NO的反应规律,利用CHEMKIN软件的PLASMA PFR模型,编制气相动力学文件及热动力学文件,进行数值模拟.研究了O2初始浓度、气体温度、气体流速等反应条件对反应过程和反应最终产物的影响,探讨了C2H4添加物对NO转化效率的影响.反应最终产物及敏感性分析表明,C2H4能较为有效地提高NO转化为NO2的效率.通过模拟结果和实验结果的对比分析,论证了PLASMA PFR模型模拟介质阻挡放电低温等离子体反应器转化NO的可行性.

Abstract:In order to study the NO reaction mechanism in dielectric barrier discharge non-thermal plasma reactor, this paper sets up PLASMA PFR model. The GAS PHASE KINETICS input file and THERMAL DYNAMIC input file are created for numerically simulation. The variety of O2 concentration, gas temperature and gas velocity will affect the last products. This paper gives an analysis of both last products and reaction process, then gives a study of C2H4 effecting on NO purification efficiency. The last product and sensitivity a-nalysis show that C2H4 additive can promote NO purification efficiency. The analysis of simulation and experiment results prove the feasibility of simulating DBD-NTP reactor with PLASMA PFR MODEL.
