| 摘 要： | 研究了钛对球墨铸铁管性能的影响.根据原铁水含钛量的不同,球化处理时调整对应的镁丝加入量,观察残留镁量及铸管的性能合格率,分析钛对球化效果、机械性能、压扁试验及水压合格率的影响,找出了试验规律,确定了合适的钛含量范围.

| Abstract: | This paper researches the influen a of Ti to nodular iron pipe property. According to the difference of Ti content in original iron adjusts the adding quantity of Mg wire during balling treatment, observes the left Mg quantity and east piping property quarlified rate,analyzes the influence of Ti to baUing offeltion mechanical property, press test and the influence of water presswe quarlified vate finds the test regalation and confirms the suitable scope of Ti content. |
