Abstract:An over-voltage and over-current protection Circuit using 2μm bipolar process is described.This circuit adopts a Hysteretic comparator structure to realize its protection function.It has a novel structure,simple circuit and a good performance.Cadence spectre simulation shows that the circuit has excellent capability of high sensitivity,facilitate integration.The circuit commonly used in DC/DC converter control chip,providing input and output terminal voltage and current protection for chip,The working voltage of power supply module design for 48V and the over-voltage protection value for 58V around,over-current protection current value for 380 mA,making chip work efficiently.
