矿热炉自动无功补偿控制系统的设计与应用

摘    要:针对冶金矿热炉低电压、大电流的特点,以及功率因数低的缺点,阐明对其进行电容无功补偿的意义,重点探讨了矿热炉自动无功补偿控制系统的硬、软件设计和触摸屏监控功能。运行结果表明,该控制系统提高了补偿精度和速度,实现了循环投切,可以提高设备的有效容量、节约电能、增加产品产量,实现了节能增效。
