摘    要:建立了双波长分光光度法同时测定电镀液中铁和铜含量的分析方法.以2-(5-溴-2-吡啶偶氮)-5-二乙氨基酚为显色剂,Triton X-100(OP)为增溶剂测定铜和铁的含量.通过试验确定了最佳实验条件.本法具有较高的灵敏度、较低的检出限和较好的选择性,铁的回收率为97.18%~101.53%, 铜的回收率为95.32%...

Abstract:A analytical method of dual-wavelength spectrophotometry to simultaneously determine the iron and copper content in plating bath was established.2-(5-Br-2-pyridylazo)-5-diethylamino phenol(5-Br-PADAP)was used as chromogenic agent,Triton X-100(OP)as a solubilizer.By experiments,the optimum experimental conditions were confirmed,including the best amount of reagent,the stability of system and so on.In addition,the interference of coexistent elements were also studied.This method has higher sensitivity,lower d...
