摘    要:4-吡啶甲醛合成的新工艺,是以4-吡啶甲醇为原料,选用二氧化锰为氧化剂,三氯甲烷作溶剂,直接反应生成4-吡啶甲醛。该方法的优点是成本比较低,适合工业化生产。同时研究了不同的氧化剂、氧化剂的用量以及反应时间对生成物中4-吡啶甲醛的含量的影响。采用液相色谱测定4-吡啶甲醛的含量。

Abstract:A new synthetic method of 4-pyridylaldehyde is the focus of the paper. According to the method, after the mixture of 4-pyridinecarbinol and manganese dioxide in chloroform is stirred, 4-pyridylaldehyde will be generated directly. The advantages of this new method are its low cost and its suitability for industrial production. Liquid chromatography was carried out to study the effects of different kinds of oxidants, the dosage of oxidant, and the reaction time on the experiment results. The yield of 4-pyridylaldehyde was also determined by liquid chromatography.
