半刚性网壳锚喷支护及其在跨采巷道中的应用

摘    要:根据板壳原理设计新型钢筋网壳构件,既可在巷道内单独组装对围岩进行连续支撑,又可先撑后喷,在围岩表面形成半刚性钢筋混凝土薄壳衬砌结构。该结构具有一定的整体可缩性,能承受强大变形地压及采动荷载,达到用较少材料提高喷层支撑能力与让压的目标。网壳锚喷支架是结构合理、工艺简单、能承受高应力的新型支架,完成了室内整架载荷试验,并成功应用于兖州矿区跨采巷道

Abstract:Based on the mechanical theory of large-span shell st ru ctures,a new type of wire shell is designed,which can work alone as rock support ,or form semi-rigid reinforced concrete lining with sprayed concrete.With integ ral compressibility the new structure is capable of sustaining greater soil pre ssu re and dynamic force.Test result shows that it can improve the bracing ability w ith less material.The shell bolting and shotcrete support is rationally structur ed and can be easily constructed.Lab test is completed,and application in the dy namic pressure tunnel at the Yanzhou mine proves to be successful.
