无轴承异步电动机的控制系统设计与实现

摘    要:在分析无轴承异步电动机悬浮力产生的基础上,建立了计及转子偏心的悬浮力解析模型,并采用气隙磁场定向控制策略,设计了以TMS320LF2407 DSP为核心的无轴承异步电动机的全数字控制系统。通过在样机上的试验研究,结果表明该控制系统不仅能实现转轴的稳定悬浮,而且具有良好的动、静态性能。

Abstract:An analytical expression of the magnetic levitation force for bearingless induction motor was proposed based on the anlyse of magnetic suspension principle.In this dissertation,air-gap-flux orientated controller was proposed to relize the levitation of rotor,moreover a digital control system based on TMS320LF2407 DSP for real-time control was developed.Experiments on prototype verified its effectiveness in stable suspension and good performance.
