摘    要:本文用半经典理论方法和速率方程方法分析了连续泵浦与脉冲泵浦工作条件下掺铒光纤放大器的工作原理及工作特性,导出了光纤最佳长度与泵浦功率、掺杂浓度的关系以及增益与光纤长度、泵浦功率的关系。分析了用连续泵浦光和脉冲泵浦光两种情况下的阈值关系,指出了泵浦光的最佳频率选择。

Abstract:With Methods of semiclassical theory and rate equation, the principle and characteristics of erbiumdoped fiber samplifications pumped with CW and pulse light sources are ana(?)yzed in this paper. The relation between the optimal fiber length and pump po wer, doped density and the connection of the gain with the fiber leng(?)h, pump power are presented. The threshold values of pump pow rs under the conditions of CW and pulse pump light sources are calculated. The optimal pump light frequencies are pointed out too.
