摘    要:2007年2月5日,国家电网公司特高压交流试验基地启动委员会组织了基地1000 kV变压器、CVT及避雷器的首次带电试验。一带电便出现了35 kV母线三相对地电压不对称的现象。后续试验采取将电抗器中性点接地,但存在过电压安全隐患;作者对此进行了分析并提出了对策。

Abstract:On Feb.5th 2007,the State Grid Co.UHV AC Test Base Starting Committee organized the first energized test for 1 000 kV transformer,CVT and lightning arrester of the base.Once energized,there appeared the phenomenon of unsymmetric three phase voltage on 35 kV bus.In the successive tests,the reactors neutral point was grounded but the over voltage trouble against safety still existed.The writer analyzed it and put forward the countermeasure.
