| 摘 要： | 在大量问卷调查的基础上,采用风险重要性评分方法识别出10项和国家法律法规、政府执法效果和工程监理自身水平相关的主要责任风险,对主要责任风险产生的原因进行了深入探讨和分析,可供相关政府部门、行业协会及监理行业参考和借鉴.

| Abstract: | Based on the generous data from questionnaires, 10 key factors of liability risk for construction supervisors were discovered, which related to the law and regulation of the country, the effect of executing the law and regulation by government and the service level of construction supervisors. Furthermore, the reasons why these risks come into being are analyzed in detail. The findings of this study provide valuable references to the relative government, association and construction supervision industry. |
