PVC/NBR共混物的耐油性研究

摘    要:考察了PVC树脂聚合度、NBR用量及混料时加料顺序对PVC/NBR共混物耐油性的影响。结果表明:使用高聚合度PVC树脂和NBR P83可明显改善共混物的耐油性。试验初步确定PVC/NBR输油管实验配方为:PVC(S-2500)100份,稳定剂1份,DOP 100份,NBR P83 20份,润滑剂0.5份。

Abstract:Influences of the polymerization degree of PVC resin,using amounts of NBR and charging order on the oil resistance of PVC/NBR blends were investigated.The results showed that the oil resistance of blends could be improved obviously when PVC resin with high polymerization degree and NBR P83 were adopted.The laboratory formula for PVC/NBR petroleum pipe line was determined preliminarily after expriments:PVC(S-2500) 100,stabilizer 1,DOP 100,NBR P83 20 and lubricant 0.5 parts.
