冲乎尔碾压混凝土重力坝安全监测

摘    要:为了对高寒区碾压混凝土重力坝的安全稳定性作出评价,该文以新疆布尔津河冲乎尔水电站工程为例,详实地介绍了碾压混凝土重力坝安全监测施工中仪器率定、仪器安装埋设、电缆敷设的实施情况,并对基岩变形、接缝开合度、温度、应力应变等监测成果进行初步分析。结果表明,在蓄水前基岩最大变形压缩-5.8 mm,测缝计所测不同部位缝的开合度最大闭合为0.49 mm,坝基基岩温度保持在7.8℃左右,碾压混凝土最高温度33.2℃,钢筋最大拉应力28 MPa,混凝土的最大压应变为238×10-6,钢筋的应力和混凝土应变变化主要受温度影响。冲乎尔碾压混凝土重力坝监测的各项指标都在工程允许范围内,坝基及坝体是稳定、安全的。

Abstract:In order to make an appraisal to the RCC gravity dam's security stability in high-cold areas,taking Chonghuer Hydropower Station in Xinjiang for example,the implementation conditions for the instrument rating and instrument installation and cable laying in the safety monitoring for the dam are discussed,at the same time,the monitored results such as the deformation,joint opening,temperature,stress,strain and so on are analyzed initially. The results show that the steel bar's stress variation and concrete's strain variation are affected by temperature.Each of the monitored targets for Chonghuer dam is within project permission,so the dam base and dam body of Chonghuer Hydropower Station are stable and safe.
