| 摘 要： | “以人为本”理念具有发展性，要正确认识当代中国社会“以人为本”理念的内涵。这是我们正确贯彻这一理念的前提。化工学科实践性很强，将以人为本理念与化工学科特色相结合，是正确运用这一理念在化工教学实践中的关键。
