摘    要:长距离激光焊接由于加工区域大、速度快、柔性高而在汽车制造等行业得到应用。相关的离线编程及仿真技术的研究却鲜见报道。本文针对长距离CO2激光焊接加工离线编程及仿真技术展开了研究。重点分析了光束扫描系统的特点,从运动学角度建立了聚焦光斑位置的正解算肆逆结算模型:井开发了相应的仿真软件模块,实现了示教编程、自动编程、加工仿真等功能。

Abstract:Laser remote welding station (RWS) with beam scanning device has been widely-used in the area of automobile manufacturing because of time - saving, large working volume etc. In this paper, the research of offline programming and simulation technology of RWS has been performed in order to achieve sufficient accuracy, automation and shorter of cycle time to this application. A common used two - mirror scanning system of RWS is kinematics analyzed to calculate the beam positioning data. Simulation system modules were implemented accordingly, including teach - in, programming and machining simulation.
