负载敏感系统抗流量饱和控制仿真研究

摘    要:针对负载敏感系统在流量饱和状态下不能按比例地分配流量的问题,提出了一种基于压差控制策略的抗流量饱和控制方法,并应用AMESim与Simulink联合仿真技术,对系统进行了对比分析。仿真结果表明,经改进后的负载敏感系统在流量饱和状态下能够很好地实现与负载无关的流量分配。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem that the load-sensing system can not distribute flow proportionally under condition of flow-saturated,a control method offlow-saturated resistant control was proposed based on pressure difference control strategy and a comparison analysis of the hydraulic system was carried out based on co-simulation of AMESim and Simulink.The simulation results show that the load-sensing system improved by flow-saturated resistant control can realize proportional flow distribution that is independent o...
