超声波辅助法提取玉竹中总黄酮

摘    要:以玉竹为原料,优化其总黄酮的超声波辅助提取工艺.在单因素试验的基础上,采用正交试验法,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声次数、超声时间对提取效果的影响,实验结果表明,玉竹总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺条件为乙醇浓度40%、料液比1 13、超声2次、超声时间每次25 min,在该条件下玉竹总黄酮的提取率为2.389 mg/g,该提取方法具有操作简单、提取时间短等优点,适用于玉竹总黄酮的提取.

Abstract:The extracting process of total flavonoids with ultrasonic-assisted method was optimized using Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati. as raw material. Orthogonal design method was applied to study the effect of four factors such as ethanol concentration, ratio between material and solvent, extraction times and ultrasonic treating time on the extraction efficiency based on the experimental result of single factor method. The results have shown that optimum conditions of ethanol concentration, ratio between material and solvent, extraction times, ultrasonic treating time were 40%, 1:13,2 times,25 min respectively. The extraction efficiency of total flavonoids was 2. 389mg/g under the optimum extracting conditions. The method developed in the paper has the advantages of simple operation and short extraction time which is appropriate for the extraction of total flavonoids from Rhizoma Polygonati Odorati.
