前置式并联液压混合动力车辆控制系统研究

摘    要:并联式液压混合动力车辆因涉及内燃机、液压混合动力2种动力源协同工作,所以车辆的控制系统更加复杂。针对此问题,在车辆结构上引入前置式并联结构,通过对液压混合动力车辆的功能和目标进行分析,确定了液压混合动力车辆的工作模式,在此基础上采用MATLAB/Simulink和dSPACE控制器,建立车辆控制系统,进行仿真分析,并在实验车上采用该控制系统进行相应测试实验。结果表明:在重型车辆上应用前置式并联液压混合动力系统,节油效果明显;通过引入缓冲系数的控制策略,可有效减少混合动力系统介入或分离车辆运行所带来的冲击;在制动性能方面采用恒转矩控制策略,可以在更短的时间内减速至目标车速。

Abstract:Parallel hydraulic hybrid vehicle (PHHV) involves two power sources that work together:engine and hydraulic hybrid,which makes the PHHV more complex.In order to solve this problem,the front-mounted parallel structure was introduced into the vehicle structure.The functions and objectives of the PHHV were analyzed,and the working mode of the PHHV was determined.On this basis,MATLAB/Simulink and dSPACE controller were used to establish the vehicle control system,the simulation analysis were carried out.And a series of experiments were carried out in the experimental vehicle by using this control system.The results show that the fuel saving effect is apparent by applying the front-mounted parallel hydraulic hybrid system on heavy vehicles;by introducing the control strategy involving buffer coefficients,the impact brought by the hybrid systems or running separate vehicles can be reduced effectively;with regard to the braking performance,the vehicle can slow down to the target speed in shorter time by using the constant torque control strategy.
