安徽省农田灌溉发展现状及对策分析

农田灌溉关系区域粮食安全、水安全、生态安全，受到社会的广泛关切。为有序推进农田水利现代化建设，夯实粮食安全农田灌溉基础，通过对安徽省农田灌溉历程、灌溉用水情况以及农田水利工程建设与运行管理等方面的分析，总结安徽省农田灌溉发展的经验，分析存在的不足及制约因素。结合安徽省发展现状，提出了科学开展农田灌溉发展规划，优化农业供水保障体系，加快大中型灌区续建配套与现代化改造，完善农田水利工程管护体系，推进农业水价综合改革等相关建议，为安徽省农田灌溉高质量发展提供参考。

The strategy analysis of farmland irrigation development status in AnhuiProvince, China

Farmland irrigation is closely related to regional food security, water security, and ecological safety, which have garnered extensive attention from society.In order to systematically advancethe modernization of agricultural water resources, strengthen the foundation of farmland irrigationfor food security, and based on the analysis of the historical development of farmland irrigation, water usage in irrigation, and the construction and operational management of farmland water projects inAnhui Province, this study aims to summarize the experiences gained from the development of farmlandirrigation, analyze the shortcomings and limiting factors. Combined with the present situation of Anhui development, this paper puts forward some relevant suggestions such as farmland irrigation development planning, construction and operation management, and suggests to carry out farmland irrigationdevelopment planning scientifically, optimize agricultural water supply guarantee system, speed up thecontinuation and modernization of large and medium-sized irrigation areas, improve the management andprotection system of farmland and water conservancy projects, and promote the comprehensive reform of agricultural water price, so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of farmland irrigation in Anhui Province.
