考虑激励型需求响应的多区域综合能源系统协同规划

摘    要:随着区域多能源系统的逐步建设和紧密互联,现有的综合能源系统规划方法亟需解决纵向的协同规划问题,目前很多规划方法只考虑经单区域、集中式的供能方式,会导致设备冗余、可靠性低,因此,引入激励型需求响应措施,研究计及区域间能量交互的多区域综合能源系统协同规划。文中利用能量枢纽描述了综合能源系统内部的能量关系,对考虑用户满意度的激励型需求响应进行数学建模,以规划运行成本、碳排放成本、补偿成本最小为目标,建立了考虑激励型需求响应的多区域综合能源系统协同规划模型,用Benders分解算法对模型进行求解。将模型测试于由多个区域系统构成的综合能源系统,两种不同算例的仿真结果均表明激励型需求响应措施能减少线路、设备规划容量需求,延缓线路投建,辅助提高各区域的风电消纳能力,协同规划模型和方案具有一定的经济性和环保性。

Abstract:With the gradual construction and interconnection of regional multi-energy systems, integrated energy system planning methods need to solve the problem of coordinated planning. Now many planning methods only consider single-region, centralized energy supply methods, which will cause problems such as equipment redundancy and low reliability. Therefore, incentive-based demand response (IBDR) measures were introduced to study multi-region integrated energy system coordinated planning that takes energy interaction between regions into account. This paper uses the energy hub to describe the energy relationship within the integrated energy system. Secondly, the IBDR considering user satisfaction degree is modeled. With the goal of minimum planning operating cost, carbon emission cost, and compensation cost, a multi-region integrated energy system collaboration that considering IBDR is modeled. Benders was used to solve the problem. The model was tested on a multi-region integrated energy system composed of multiple regional systems. Simulation results show that IBDR can reduce the capacity requirements of lines and equipment planning and delay the line''s construction, improve the capacity of wind power consumption in regions. Coordinated planning model is economical and environmentally friendly.
