大型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组整体结构的电磁振动

摘    要:采用正交各向异性叠层复合材料加筋圆锥壳模型,对大型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组整体结构的振动问题进行了研究。首先,根据发电机的结构特点及虚功原理,建立了复合材料加筋圆锥壳体的基本运动方程,以及用位移表示的定子端部绕组振动控制方程。其次,将内外层绕组的电流密度进行基波富氏展开,得到了电流负载的表达式,并在此基础上,运用电磁学和电机学知识,采用分离变量法,推得了定子端部绕组区域磁感应强度及电磁力的分布表达式。最后,对电磁力激发下的动力响应方程进行了解析求解,并通过数值计算,分别得到了端部绕组的固有振动频率、电磁力分布及动力响应的计算结果。所得结论,可为工程实际问题的解决提供一定的帮助。

Abstract:The model of anisotropy laminated composite material with tendon is used to analyze vibration of integrity structure of end winding of large turbo-generator stator. First, according to the behavior of turbo-generator structure and virtual work principle, the basic equations of motion of conical of composite material with tendon and the control equations presented by displacement are established. Second, the fundamental wave current density expression is presented by Fourier series. Expressions of magnetic induction and electromagnetic force are derived through using method of separation of variable. Finally, natural vibration, electro-magnetic force distribution and dynamic response of end winding are calculated by numerical method. The result can provide theoretical foundation for the solution of practical problem in engineering
