摘    要:应用氯代酚类中的2,4-二氯酚(2,4-DCP)对好氧微生物呼吸反应作抑制性试验.实验结果表明:2,4-DCP随其浓度的增加,微生物呼吸率明显地下降,严重地抑制着微生物的呼吸反应.研究了2,4-DCP浓度与好氧菌呼吸速率的动力学过程,证明其为生化一级动力学反应.通过微生物的呼吸率对其降低50%时的浓度,即EC50来判断其抑制影响,实验表明2,4-DCP的EC50为19.83 mg/L左右.

Abstract:The article describes the inhibitory experiment which the aerobic microorganism breathing responds to one kind of chlorophenol compounds named 2,4-double chlorophenol(2,4-DCP).The experiment result indicates that,with 2,4-DCP increases in concentration,the microorganism breathing rate descends clearly,it restrains the microorganism breathing reaction seriously.And it also studies the dynamics process between 2,4-DCP concentration and aerobic microorganism breathing rate,which is proved to be the bio-chemical first class dynamics reaction.We use the concentration of the experimented compound which decreases the microorganism breathing rate to 50%,named EC50 to judge its inhibitory effect,the experiment indicates that EC50 of 2,4-DCP is about 19.83 mg/l.
