| 摘 要： | 水热法合成的ＢａＴｉＯ３粉体具有超细、高纯等特点，从而能够使ＰＴＣＲ热敏电阻器的制备工艺相对简化，并有利于获得较好性能的ＰＴＣＲ电阻器。本文采用水热法合成的ＢａＴｉＯ３粉体制备ＰＴＣＲ陶瓷。研究了不同添加剂对材料性能及微观结构的影响。
