| 摘 要： | 文章介绍了中国石油大庆石化分公司化肥厂尿素装置的高压液氨泵与高压甲铵泵的结构特点,阐述了软填料密封的性能及应用分析,并从初始预紧力、检修、运行维护及设备负荷等方面,对影响高压往复泵填料密封效果及使用寿命的影响因素进行了分析,确定了设备管理和检修的重点方向,使设备的运行周期有了大幅度的提高。

| Abstract: | In this article the structure features ofhigh-pressure liquid ammonia pump and high-pressure methylamine pump in urine plant of thefertilizer plant in Daqing Branch,CNPCis introduced and the performance of a soft packing sealand application is explained.And the impactingfactor on the effect of packing seal of high-pressure reciprocating pump and service life isalso analyzed from the aspects of initial pretight force,overhaul,operation and maintenanceand equipment load.Eqipment management andsignificant oritation of overhaul is decided,which improves operation terms of equipmentsignificantly. |
