摘    要:浙江是服装大省,但服装企业文化建设相对滞后.针对浙江服装企业多为中小型民营企业这一实际,在分析浙江服装企业文化建设现状和原因的基础上,指出浙江服装企业文化建设应把握服装的文化内涵,适应外向型市场的要求,积极推进理念更新和制度创新,并提出相应的对策措施.

Abstract:Most clothing enterprises in Zhejiang are the medium and small size private companies and consequently, the corporate culture construction of Zhejiang clothing enterprises is lagging behind. On the basis of analyzing the current situation the paper points out that corporate culture construction in Zhejiang clothing enterprises should hold the cultural implications of the clothing, meet the needs of export-oriented market, progress the concept renovation and the system innovation positively, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
