摘    要:针对数字化产品设计对装配技术的需求和目前主流CAD软件在装配技术方面的不足,论文在论述了影响装配精度的因素后,讨论了影响装配质量的关键匹配要素及匹配方法,开发了一种数字化产品装配及关键要素匹配的技术验证原型系统.通过对SolidEdge进行二次开发,以典型装配副--孔轴装配为研究对象,对所研究的技术原理及实现方法进行了验证.

Abstract:First, the thesis analyzes the digital product design and its requirement for assembly technology. Second, the shortcoming of popular CAD software in assembly technology is analyzed. Third, after the elements of affecting assembly quality were talked about, the key matching element and their implement method are discussed. Fourth, a technology validation prototype system of the digital product assembly and key matching elements is developed. Fifth, a technology invalidation prototype system of the digital product assembly and key matching elements is introduced. Sixth, the secondary development of SolidEdge is put up, and the assembly process and key matching elements of the typical hole and shaft assembly are researched .So the technology principle and implement method are validated.
