隧道式微波加热温度自动控制电路模块的设计

摘    要:温度的自动控制与调节是隧道式微波加热与烘干中一项重要的技术,通过设计自动控制电路对物料加热过程温度检测和自动调节,从而实现比其他加热烘干技术(如传统的红外方法)更高效节能。本文讨论了隧道式微波加热温度自动控制电路模块的设计思想与具体实现。设计的电路模块具有实时采集物料温度信息对各个磁控管的功率进行调节 的功能,并且可以满足电磁兼容性的要求。

Abstract:Automatic temperature control is a significant aspect in tunnel microwave heating system. Such system with atemperature-control circuit module could detect the temperature of the materials and adjust it to the desirable data. Much moreenergy and time can be saved using this kind of system reather than traditional infrared heating system. This paper discoursesircuit module in tunnel microwave heating system. This circuitmodule can collect the real time temperature data of the materials and thus control the power of each magnetron. This systemcan also meet the requirement of electromagnetic compatibility.
