摘    要:抑制印制电路板上微带线间串扰是高速PCB 信号完整性设计的重要内容。文中研究了在两平行微带线之间加上带有接地孔的隔离线这种方法减小串扰的有效性,讨论了在工作频带内因此发生谐振的孔间距要求,仿真得到了不同情况下的S 参数、电流分布图。通过加上升时间0.1ns、周期1ns 的方波脉冲激励,比较了改善前后端口的串扰的情况,可以看出串扰得到了有效地抑制。

Abstract:Crosstalk suppression is very important in signal integrity of PCB design. In this paper, thecrosstalk reduction effect of an additional track introduced between two parallel printed circuit tracks is studied, the additional trackis grounded by vias. And the maximum spacing of the vias is discussed in order to ensure the resonant frequency does not lie withinthe operating band of the circuit. With the electromagnetic simulation software, we get the S-parameter, the distribution of current indifferent situations. Using a square wave, whose risetime is 0.1ns and period is 1ns, we can make comparison of the crosstalk at theports before and after it. By this, we can find the crosstalk can be reduced by this way.
