基于LabVIEW 的电子设备EMI 虚拟监测仪

摘    要:针对非标准测试环境下开展电子设备EMI 预先测试的特点,研究了几种典型电磁干扰测试项对信号采集和处理的需求,提出了多功能便携式虚拟测试仪的技术思路,并利用LabVIEW 虚拟仪器开发环境实现了高效灵活的数据采集及其与Matlab 编程环境的接口。实验结果证明,该方法将LabVIEW 和信号处理算法的优点得以充分结合,不仅对消除背景噪声有明显的效果,也降低了电子设备EMI 测试的成本,具有良好的扩展性、集成性和实用性。

Abstract:Given to characteristics of electronic equipments test under non-standard test environment, the needs of signalacquisition and process of several typical electromagnetic interference item are investigated. The thinking of malfunction portablevirtual measurement instrument is presented. The efficient data acquisition and interface to matlab programming environment arerealized by use of LabVIEW virtual instrument programming environment. The experiment results prove that this method combineshe merit of LabVIEW and signal processing algorithms. The method, which is practical, integral and extended, removes thebackground noise dramatically and reduces the expenses of EMI test of electronic equipments.
